Bruce Teitelbaum: President
Mr. Teitelbaum is the founder and CEO of VISION Realty Partners, Ltd. Mr. Teitelbaum's proven expertise in the commercial real estate field has been developed over the past 25-plus years in the areas of brokerage, ownership leasing and management of commercial real estate. He has grown Vision using his own philosophy of, "Vision is not seeing things as they are, but as they will be."

Shortly after receiving his accounting degree, Mr. Teitelbaum started in the commercial real estate industry with Sheldon Good & Company. He then went on to a successful 14-year career with Arthur Goldner and Associates, a full service commercial real estate firm in the Chicago area. At Arthur Goldner and Associates, Mr. Teitelbaum began his transformation from brokerage to acquisition and prior to leaving to start his own company, progressed to the position of President of the firm for the last five years of his tenure.

Mr. Teitelbaum has structured and served as General Partner/Manager of over 100 commercial real estate transactions comprised of over 4 million square feet of retail, office, industrial and multi-family space. Today he has ownership interest in over 60 properties, valued at over $180 million.
Steve Libert: Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Libert is primarily responsible for the day-to-day operations of Vision Realty Partners. In addition to overseeing the acquisition and disposition functions at Vision Realty Partners, Mr. Libert works closely with the acquisition team from transaction evaluation and negotiation through transaction closing.

Upon joining Vision Realty Partners in 2001, Mr. Libert brought more than 10 years of real estate and commercial lending expertise to the Company. After managing a structured finance and real estate consulting practice at Altschuler, Melvoin and Glasser, in the late 1980’s, Mr. Libert co-founded First Security Commercial Mortgage, a company which grew from 10 employees to over 100 employees and originated and/or serviced over $2 billion of commercial real estate loans. In addition to senior management responsibilities at First Security, Mr. Libert specialized in new business development and the origination and underwriting of commercial real estate loans secured by many different property types.

Upon graduating from the College of Commerce at University of Illinois in Champaign, IL, with a degree in Finance, Mr. Libert began his career in corporate finance with NCR Corporation, first in Chicago, and later in Dayton, OH.
 
Adam Panfil: Vice President - Acquisitions

Adam is the Vice President of Acquisitions at Vision. In this position, he is responsible for sourcing, structuring, underwriting and closing transactions for various Vision partnerships.  Adam joined Vision in 2000 and has assisted in the financing, acquisition, management and disposition of over 40 properties including office, retail, industrial, and multi-family acquisitions.  Specializations include commercial turn around situations where Adam can leverage his real estate knowledge to maximize a properties potential.  Additionally, Adam has been working jointly with Vision's sister company Interra Development Partners in developing local retail ground up developments.  Adam is a licensed Illinois Real Estate Salesperson and attended the University Of Illinois-Chicago where he studied Business Management.  He currently resides in Northbrook with his wife and two small children.

 
 
  Benjamin Brenner: Acquisitions & Marketing

Benjamin Brenner joined VISION in October of 2008 as a research analyst and has had an immediate impact on daily operations. In addition to this duties as an analyst, he actively participates in the acquistion of potential properties. Other responsibilities include the marketing of acquired properties and activities related to their sale and/or leasing . Benjamin graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a B.S. in Finance and continues to be an integral member of the VISION team as it moves forward.
 
Joyce Vojcak
Joyce Vojcak joined VISION Realty Partners in March of 1998. She is an Administrative Assistant and Bookkeeper managing the records for Vision. Ms. Vojcak is an integral part of the daily activities and keeps the office running smooth.
